| FORM, FILL AND SEAL PACKAGING MACHINE |
DESIGNATION:
The machine uses heat sealable flexible plastic packaging film to form a cup, which is then filled with product, and heat-sealed with upper top foil and cut off while the film is being transported horizontally forwards. It is fully automatic, forms fills and hermetically seals the cups in trays.
Products to be packed: Honey, jam, ketchup, mayonnaise, juices, etc.
PACKAGING MATERIALS:
Solid bottom: thermoplastic materials as: PS, PP, PET, PVC, etc.
Upper foil:aluminium film or paper with plastic layer or foil allowing to be stuck to the bottom.
